Large blue contemporary urban abstract expressionism painting with layers and textures; can be displayed vertically or horizontally. Oftentimes a secondary composition is hidden in a larger work in progress, and it’s worth changing directions if it’s compelling . . . seeing diamonds in the rough is a big part of my process. The remaining canvas will continue to find its voice, whether it’s as collage elements or as smaller works. For me, not being overly attached to an outcome is very freeing and allows for larger creative forces to participate. Signed on back and side.
