“Piece by Piece created an interpretation of FLY (painting) for Laura’s “CONNECTION” exhibit as an example of our artists’ skill level and a demonstration of the power of recycled materials, including gold from the historic May Company, which is being renovated (in downtown Los Angeles). From repurposed ceramic to scrap glass to backstamps to fused and dichroic pieces, the full power of Laura’s painting was manifested.”

This mosaic interpretation of Laura’s painting is on cement board in two parts due to weight (Left panel = 60″x35″ and 55 lbs; Right panel = 60″x24″ and 35 lbs). Ready to hang with cleats. Laura and Piece by Piece continue to produce collaborative artworks.
